Warm up:
Clubbells x 5 mins
16kg 1 arm swings x 20l/r
16kg 1 arm longcycle x 10l/r

Work Sets
(All double KB’s)
10 sets of 10 Long Cycle (24kgs)
3 sets of 10 jump shrugs (32ks)

Hindu push ups x 25
Back of hand push ups x 10

Rolling knuckle push ups x 10

This was possibly the most comfortable I’ve felt with the long cycle in weeks. Now time to increase the reps.
