Training Log – 31/1/11

Finally a proper session.
I could still feel that weird wrist pain, but it is nearly back to normal, I was just careful today wearing wraps and keeping things smooth.

Warm Up:
Long Cycle (all double kettles): 12kg x 10, 16kg x 10, 20kg x 10, 24kg x 10, 28kg x 10

Work Sets:
All Long Cycle (double kb’s):
32’s x 5
28’s x 10
24’s x 15
20’s x 20
16’s x 25

Kettlebell jump squats (Kbell held on back): 24kg x 15 x 4

Finished with a stretch out.
Good session, finally on track, long may this continue!
