Strength workout with some of the gang today.

Warm Up:
Mobility & bodyweight drills.

Work Sets:

1A: Double KB Clean & Press 28kg’s x 5,5,5,5
1B: Weighted Pull Up 16kg x 5,5,4,4

2: Bulgarian Split Squat, 56kg x 5 x 5

3A: 24kg Overhead Squat
3B: Spiderman Crawl

4A: 24kg Swings
4B: Bear Crawls with 32kg kettles
