Reminder – Steve Cotter 2 day seminar, Dublin


There’s been a good deal of interest in the upcoming two day seminar with Steve Cotter, founder of the international Kettlebell & Fitness Federation (www.IKFF.net).

This will be Steve’s third visit to the Wild Geese studio, the two previous have been fantastic learning experiences, in fact when Kieron Dolan, owner of Dolan Fitness in Tullamore rang me up to confirm his place he had the following sentiment:

“Of all the seminars i’ve hosted and attended, that day with Steve Cotter was the best, I got more information and have been able to improve my gym and the classes using the info he shared.”

I know Kieron well and he’s not one to exaggerate.

This next workshop will be different again. This time Steve is teaching a full day of Bodyweight training, which will include Plyometrics, Animal movements and a whole lot more. The second day will be dedicated to the Kettlebell.

As mentioned, we already have a lot of interest, many of my own guys have signed up as well as several other coaches and gym owners both from Dublin and beyond. It’s going to a great weekend and a veritable who’s who of the fitness scene in Ireland.

It’s going to be a great weekend, I myself am particularly excited by the bodyweight day as I’m a huge fan of No Equipment training, but Steve’s kettlebell info is better every time he visits as he’s constantly training under the best athletes in the world.

As a bonus, I’ll be announcing a 1 day kettlebell workshop prior to Steve’s visit. This will free of charge to those attending Steve’s seminars. The workshop will focus on the Swing, Clean, Snatch and Jerk and will ensure that all participant are up to speed with at least basic technique and will therefore get the maximum benefit from Steve’s extensive experience.
