It’s that time of year again.
Each year I send out a “12 Days of Fitness” newsletter. It’s 12 bodyweight only workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime.
The workouts are designed to be equipment free, but having a skipping rope and some kind of countdown timer will come in handy.
